WAIVER OF LIABILITY: The undersigned acknowledges that he/she is 18 years or older and that in participating in this Old Dominion One Shot Turkey Hunt activity, assumes the risk of any personal injury or property damages the undersigned may incur as a result and further agrees to hold the Wildlife Foundation of Virginia and voluntary landowners safe and harmless from any liability from the undersigned’s participation. They hereby release the Wildlife Foundation of Virginia, its agents and employees, from any and all liability due to any personal injury or property damages that may be suffered by the undersigned, from the undersigned’s participation whether or not caused by the negligence of any of the participants of the Old Dominion One Shot Turkey Hunt. The Old Dominion One Shot Turkey Hunt Planning Committee is comprised of sportsmen committed to securing and promoting Virginia’s sporting future. WFV and DGIF work in partnership to acquire land, improve wildlife habitat, and develop events to connect people to the outdoors.
